A theorem of \textit{S. Glasner} [Isr. J. Math. 32, 161--172 (1979; Zbl 0406.54023)] asserts that for any infinite set \(A \subset \mathbb{R} \backslash \mathbb{Z}\) and for each \(\varepsilon > 0\) there exists an integer \(n\) such that \(n A\) is \(\varepsilon\)-dense. Since then this result has been generalized into various directions (values of polynomials, polynomial matrices, uniform Glasner property, etc.), see for example \textit{N. Alon} and \textit{Y. Peres} [Geom. Funct. Anal. 2, No. 1, 1--28 (1992; Zbl 0756.11020)], \textit{M. Kelly} and \textit{T. H. LĂȘ} [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 88, No. 3, 925--940 (2013; Zbl 1286.11107)], as well as \textit{C. Dong} [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 39, No. 5, 2343--2359 (2019; Zbl 1442.37022); Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 147, No. 2, 751--761 (2019; Zbl 1406.37025)]. The present paper continues this line of research, with the main result being a characterization of those matrices with polynomial entries which are uniformly Glasner.
