Let \((\mathbb K, \nu)\) be a valued field. One considers the set of valuations \(\mu\) on \(\mathbb K[X]\) that extend \(\nu\) and such that the extension of residues fields \(\mathbb K_\nu\rightarrow \mathbb K(X)_\mu\) is transcendendal. Such valuations are called \emph{residue-transcendental}. Bengus-Lasnier conjectured that this set is parametrized by a set of \emph{diskoids}. Each diskoid is associated to a key polynomial. Bengus-Lasnier proved this conjecture in the case where \((\mathbb K,\nu)\) is Henselian or rank one. In the paper under review, the authors prove the conjecture in full generality. They also extend this parametrization to other subsets of valuations.
