A multiple conjugation quandle (MCQ) serves as an algebraic structure grounded in the principles of handlebody-knot theory. Utilizing an MCQ Alexander pair, represented by a pair of maps derived from a linear extension of the MCQ, one can generate \(f\)-twisted Alexander matrices. These matrices, in turn, yield invariants for handlebody-knots. In this paper the author establishes the sufficiency of the definition of MCQ Alexander pairs in constructing \(f\)-twisted Alexander matrices, from the perspective of linear extensions of multiple conjugation quandles. Additionally, the author introduces the concept of cohomologous MCQ Alexander pairs, producing the same invariant for handlebody-knots.
