Application of symmetry analysis to viscoelastic fluid model (Q6177842)

The authors consider a system of partial differential equations and study its Lie symmetries. This system of equations is related to a model of shallow water for viscoelastic fluids. The authors implicitly assume that the stress related variable \(s\) is constant. The authors apply standard techniques of Lie group analysis to obtain that the Lie algebra of the considered system is six-dimensional. The conservation laws and nonlocally related PDEs are also constructed.
