Amplification of the concept and formalization of the use of negative derivatives to define useful rules to evaluate definite or indefinite integrals or to introduce non trivial series expansions of special functions specified by an integral representation, resulted in writing this paper, see [\textit{G. Dattoli, B. Germano, M. R. Martinelli} and \textit{P. E. Ricci}, Integral Transforms Spec. Funct. 19, No. 4, 259--266 (2008; Zbl 1147.26005)] for references. Involving a result on definite integrals [cf. \textit{K. B. Oldham} and \textit{J. Spanier}, The fractional calculus. Theory and applications of differentiation and integration to arbitrary order, New York London: Academic Press (1974; Zbl 0292.26011)] and an identity [cf. \textit{L. Comtet}, Advanced combinatorics. Dordrecht, Holland--Boston, U.S.A.: D. Reidel Publishing Company (1974; Zbl 0283.05001)] the authors discuss their extension to the case of repeated integrals and to the beta function. The consequence is an identity concerning integrals involving super Gaussian, which allows the authors to formulate two results, viz. equations (11) and (12) of the paper. The concluding remarks (Section 4) of the paper may lead to extensions of special functions.
