In this present paper, the authors firstly prove that no Gibbs measures exist for the solid-on-solid model with a shift-invariant gradient when the inverse temperature \(\beta\) is small. Then, they establish that the height function's absolute value follows the Fortuin-Kasteleyn-Ginibre (FKG) lattice condition when nonnegative boundary conditions are applied. Denote a shift-invariant planar graph by a pair \((\mathbb{G},\mathcal{L})\) where \(\mathcal{L}\) is a lattice in \(\mathbb{R}^{2}\). Let \(\mathcal{G}_{\mathcal{L}}\) be the collection of shift-invariant Gibbs measures. The authors present two delocalization outcomes for Lipschitz potentials on planar graphs. The authors' first theorem is expressed as follows: ``Let \((\mathbb{G},\mathcal{L})\) be a shift-invariant planar graph of maximum degree \(m\), and let \(V\) denote a symmetric Lipschitz potential. Then for any \(0<\beta \leq (\log 2)/m\), the associated height function model delocalises, in the sense that the set \(\mathcal{G}_{\mathcal{L}}\) is empty.'' Next, the authors establish a connection between the initial two findings and the concept of delocalization within a limited volume. FKG lattice condition for the absolute height is investigated. The authors prove that the absolute value \(|\phi|\) of the height function \(\phi\) satisfies the FKG lattice condition in the measure \(\mu\) under given conditions.
