Integral-representation results for limits of nonlocal quadratic forms on Sobolev spaces on bounded open sets are considered in the paper. First, a result connected to the theory of Dirichlet forms is proved using the Beurling-Deny formula. In the last section the main result Theorem 3.3 is proved and a counterexample is given. The paper is interesting and well written.
