The authors consider the simplest example of a Nakajima variety -- the cotangent bundle \(T^*{\mathrm{Gr}}(k,n)\) of a Grassmannian \({\mathrm{Gr}}(k, n)\) of which they describe the monodromy of the solutions of the quantum differential equation in the equivariant cohomology of \(T^*{\mathrm{Gr}}(k,n)\), which is a more difficult problem than the description of the monodromy of the quantum difference equation in the equivariant \(K\)-theory of \(T^*{\mathrm{Gr}}(k,n)\), since solutions of the differential equations are multivalued functions while solutions of the difference equations are univalued. This description is based on the hypergeometric integral representations for solutions of the equivariant quantum differential equation. The space of solutions is identified with the space of the equivariant \(K\)-theory algebra of the cotangent bundle. In particular, it is shown that for any element of the monodromy group, all entries of its matrix in the standard basis of the equivariant \(K\)-theory algebra of the cotangent bundle are Laurent polynomials with integer coefficients in the exponentiated equivariant parameters.
