A topological polyhedron is called locally quasi-regular if, for some \(n>m>2\) and \(s>1\), each of its vertex-cycles has the form \((m,n,m,n,\dots,m,n)\) of length 2s, that is, \(s\) each of \(m\)- and \(n\)- gons alternate around the vertex. The authors describe an algorithm, based on an approach using chamber systems, which enumerates the 379 classes of quasi-regular polyhedra of genus 2. Of these, ten are globally quasi-regular, meaning that the automorphism group acts transitively on the edges.
