    The authors investigate the existence of a positive solution of the following discrete boundary value problems: \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_{p,w}u(x)& = -V(x)|u(x)|^{q-2} u(x)+ f(x,u(x)),\quad x\in S,\\ u|_{\partial S}& = 0,\end{cases} \] where \(p> 1\), \(q> 1\), \(\overline S\) is a finite, simple connected and weighted graph composed of boundary \(\partial S\) and interior \(S\) with a weight \(w\) which is a function \(w:\overline{S}\times\overline{S}\to [0,\infty)\) satisfying (i) \(w(x,y)= w(y,x)> 0\) if \(xy\); (ii) \(w(x,y)= 0\) if and only if \(\{x,y\}\not\in S\times S\), \(V\) is real-valued function defined on the vertices set of a graph, \(f\in C(S\times(0,\infty))\) is a real-valued function and \[ \Delta_{p,w}u(x):= \sum_{y\in\overline S} |u(y)- u(x)|^{p-2}(u(y)- u(x))w(x,y),\quad x\in S, \] is a discrete \(p\)-Laplacian. Moreover, the multiplicity of solutions for the problem is also obtained.
