The main result of the paper under review gives an interesting construction of an injective map \(f\) defined in a simply-connected open subset \(U\) of \(\mathbb{C}\) that has a Siegel disk (maximal domain of conjugacy to an irrational rotation) compactly contained in \(U\) whose boundary is a pseudo-circle (in fact, the boundary is non-locally connected and it defines an indecomposable continuum). These examples are obtained as a limit of injective holomorphic maps (using Runge's theorem) adapting a construction of \textit{M. R. Herman} in [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 34, 375--384 (1986; Zbl 0603.58017)] (which is a particular case of a general construction given by Anosov and Katok as it is pointed out in the Appendix). The paper is very well written and it contains open questions at the end.
