Let \(g(z)\) be a holomorphic Hecke eigenform of weight \(k\), \(\{u_j\}\) an orthonormal basis of even Hecke-Maass forms of type \(\frac 12+it_j\) for \(\text{SL}_2({\mathbb Z})\). The author proves that for any \(\varepsilon>0\) and \(T^{\frac 12+\varepsilon}\leq M \leq T^{\frac 12}\) it holds that \[ \sideset\and {'}\to\sum_j e^{-\frac{(t_j-T)^2}{M^2}}\omega_j L\left(\frac 12,g\times u_j\right)L\left(\frac 12, u_j\right)=\frac{4L(1,g)}{\sqrt{\pi}}TM\log T+O_{g,\varepsilon}(TM), \] where \(\sideset\and {'}\to\sum\) means that the summation goes through the orthonormal basis of even Hecke-Maass forms, and \(\omega_j\) are certain constants depending on \(u_j\) which satisfy \(t_j^{-\varepsilon}\ll \omega_j\ll t_j^{\varepsilon}\). As corollaries: There are infinitely many \(u_j's\) such that \[ L\left(\tfrac 12,g\times u_j\right)L\left(\tfrac 12, u_j\right)\neq 0, \] and \[ L\left(\tfrac 12,g\times u_j\right)L\left(\tfrac 12, u_j\right)\ll_{g,\varepsilon} (1+t_j)^{\tfrac 43+\varepsilon}. \] Moreover \[ \mid \left\{j; t_j\leq T,L\left(\tfrac 12,g\times u_j\right)L\left(\tfrac 12, u_j\right)\neq 0\right\}\mid\gg_{g,\varepsilon}T^{2-\varepsilon}. \]
