For a hypersurface singularity \(\{f=0\} \subset {\mathbb C}^n\), the Milnor number \(\mu\) and the Tjurina number \(\tau\) are defined, where \(\mu\) is the number of the vanishing cycles in the Milnor fiber and \(\tau\) is the dimension of the parameter space of the semi-universal deformation of the singularity. If the singularity is quasi-homogeneous, then obviously \(\mu=\tau\). In [Invent. Math. 14, 123--142 (1971; Zbl 0224.32011)], \textit{K. Saito} proved the converse. In the two-dimensional case, the results were generalized to the case of Gorenstein surface singularities by \textit{J. M. Wahl} [Compos. Math. 55, 269--288 (1985; Zbl 0587.14024)]. In this paper, the authors define the local holomorphic De Rham cohomology \(H^q_h(V,x)\) for an isolated singularity. Let \(h^q_h(V,x)=\dim H^q_h(V,x)\) for any \(q\). When \((V,x)\) is a Gorenstein surface singularity, they prove that \(h^2_h(V,x)-h^1_h(V,x)=\mu-\tau\), where \(\mu\) (resp., \(\tau\)) is the generalized Milnor (resp., Tjurina) number of \((V,x)\). From this follows that \((V,x)\) is a quasi-homogeneous singularity if and only if \(h^1_h(V,x)=h^2_h(V,x)\).
