From the text: The author constructs the binary linear codes \(C(\mathrm{SL}(n, q))\) associated with finite special linear groups \(\mathrm{SL}(n, q)\), with both \(n,q\) powers of two. Then, via the Pless power moment identity and utilizing his previous result on the explicit expression of the Gauss sum for \(\mathrm{SL}(n, q)\) [Arch. Math. 69, No. 4, 297--304 (1997; Zbl 1036.11528)], he obtains a recursive formula for the power moments of multidimensional Kloosterman sums in terms of the frequencies of weights in \(C(\mathrm{SL}(n, q))\). In particular, when \(n = 2\), this gives a recursive formula for the power moments of Kloosterman sums. He illustrates his results with some examples. Recently, \textit{M. Moisio} was able to find explicit expressions of \(\text{MK}^h\), for \(h\leq 10\) (cf. [IEEE Trans. Inf. Theory 53, No. 2, 843--847 (2007; Zbl 1177.11071)]). This was done, via the Pless power moment identity, by connecting moments of Kloosterman sums and the frequencies of weights in the binary Zetterberg code of length \(q+1\), which were known by the work of \textit{R. Schoof} and \textit{M. van der Vlugt} [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 57, No. 2, 163--186 (1991; Zbl 0729.11065)]. In this paper, the author adopts Moisio's idea to show the main theorem.
