Let \[ \xi(s)=\frac{s(s-1)}{2}\pi^{-\frac{s}{2}}\Gamma\left(\frac{s}{2}\right)\zeta(s) \] be Riemann's \(\xi\)-function. Assuming the Riemann hypothesis, let the zeros of the derivative \( \xi'(s)\) be \(\frac{1}{2}+i\gamma_1\). For \(0< \gamma_1\leq \gamma_1'\) two consecutive ordinates the author defines the normalized gap \[ \delta(\gamma_1)=(\gamma_1'-\gamma_1) \frac{\log \gamma_1}{2\pi} \] and proves \[ \liminf_{\gamma_1}\delta(\gamma_1)<0.7203, \limsup_{\gamma_1}\delta(\gamma_1)>1.5. \] For \[ D(\alpha,T)=\left(\frac{1}{2\pi}T\log T\right)^{-1}\sum_{\substack{ 0<\gamma_1 \leq T \\ \delta(\gamma_1)\leq\alpha }} 1, \] \[ D^+(\alpha) = \limsup_{T\to\infty} D(\alpha,T),D^-(\alpha) = \liminf_{T\to\infty} D(\alpha,T) \] it holds that \[ D^-(0.796) >0,D^+(1.18)<1. \]
