This paper concerns existence and uniqueness for Dirichlet problems and skew derivative problems for second-order linear parabolic equations in weighted Hölder spaces. The lower-order coefficients and the right-hand side are allowed to increase in a certain manner close to the parabolic boundary, and the leading order coefficients may not satisfy the Dini condition near this boundary.
