    The authors study isochronicity of the center at the origin of few subfamilies of the real quartic system \[ \begin{aligned} \dot x = -&y + a_{1,1} x y + a_{2,0} x^2 + a_{2,1} x^2 y + a_{3,0} x^3 + a_{3,1} x^3 y + a_{4,0} x^4,\\ \dot y = \;& x + b_{0,2} y^ 2 + b_{1,1} x y + b_{2,0} x^2 + b_{1,2} x y^2 + b_{2,1} x^2 y +\\ & b_{3,0} x^3 + b_{2,2} x^2 y^ 2 + b_{3,1} x^3 y + b_{4,0} x^4.\end{aligned} \] The main method is the reduction of the system to a Liénard type equation and then the applyication of an approach based on [\textit{A. R. Chouikha}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331, No.~1, 358--376 (2007; Zbl 1125.34020)] and its generalization. As a result of the study, 36 new multiparameter families of isochronous centers are found. For some of them, explicit formulas for linearization are provided. In the previous studies of isochronous centers, the Urabe function has always been of the form \(h(\xi)=\frac{a\xi^{2n+1}}{\sqrt{b+c \xi^{4n+2}}} \), where \(a,b,c\) are real constants, \(b>0\) and \(n\) a non-negative integer. In the present paper, a Urabe function of a new type is found. For part I, see Bull. Sci. Math. 135, No.~1, 89--112 (2011; Zbl 1220.34047).
