The author continues the study of quasi-isometries \(\phi:G \to G'\), where \(G,G'\) are nondegenerate, unimodular, split abelian-by-abelian solvable Lie groups. The main result states that a quasi-isometry \(\phi:G \to G'\) is bounded distance from a composition of a left translation and a standard map. In this way a result proved by \textit{A. Eskin}, \textit{D. Fisher} and \textit{K. Whyte} [Pure Appl. Math. Q. 3, No. 4, 927--947 (2007; Zbl 1167.22007)] related to the quasi-isometries of the three-dimensional solvable group SOLV is generalized. For Part I see [ibid. 15, No. 4, 1883--1925 (2011; Zbl 1235.51019)].
