The author starts by discussing conformal foliations, namely a criterion for a conformal foliation to be Riemannian. Then, she presents stationary holonomy pseudogroups and analyses the structure of a saturated neighborhood of a leaf with essential holonomy group. Next, several results for conformal foliations on noncompact manifolds are presented. In the main result of the paper, the author proves that every codimension \(q \geq 3\) conformal foliation \(( M, \mathcal F)\) on a compact manifold \(M\) is either a Riemannian foliation or a (Conf\((S^q), S^q\))-foliation with finitely many minimal sets which are all attractors formed by the closures of leaves with essential holonomy group, and each leaf of the foliation belongs to the basin of one of them.
