The author deals with equations describing viscoplastic problems and considers both the dynamic system and quasistatic systems of the form \[ \begin{cases}\rho v_t(t,x)-\text{div}_x\mathcal{D}\left(\varepsilon(t,x)-\varepsilon^p(t,x)\right)=f(t,x),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ \varepsilon_t(t,x)=\frac 12\left(\nabla v(t,x)+\nabla^T v(t,x)\right),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ z_t(t,x)\in g\left(-\rho\nabla_z\psi\left(\varepsilon(t,x),z(t,x)\right)\right),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ v(t,x)=g_D(t,x),\;t>0,\;x\in \partial\varOmega,\\ v(0,x)=v^0(x),\;\varepsilon(0,x)= \varepsilon^0(x)\;z(0,x)=z^0(x),\;x\in \varOmega\end{cases} \] and \[ \begin{cases} -\text{div}_x\mathcal{D}\left(\varepsilon(t,x)-Bz(t,x)\right)=f(t,x),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ \varepsilon_t(t,x)=\frac 12\left(\nabla u(t,x)+\nabla^T u(t,x)\right),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ z_t(t,x)= g\left(-\rho\nabla_z\psi\left(\varepsilon(t,x),z(t,x)\right)\right),\;t>0,\;x\in \varOmega,\\ u(t,x)=g_D(t,x),\;t>0,\;x\in \partial\varOmega,\;\;z(0,x)=z^0(x),\;x\in \varOmega. \end{cases} \] The higher regularity of solutions is proved using the difference method. The coercive and some special linear self-controlling non-coercive models are considered.
