The Riemannian submersion theory is often used in applied mathematics and in particular in physics. In this paper the authors study the contact-complex Riemannian submersions (i.e., a Riemannian submersions from an almost contact metric manifold \((M,\varphi,\xi,\eta, \rho)\) onto an almost Hermitian manifold \((M,J,g')\), an interesting structure equation of a contact-complex Riemannian submersion and its application with Kähler fibres are obtained.
