A harmonic mapping \(f\) of a region \(G\) in \(\mathbb{C}\) is a complex-valued function that satisfies Laplace's equation \(f_{xx}+ f_{yy}= 0\). Then \(f\) can be written as \(f(z)= u(x, y)+ iv(x, y)\), \(z= x+ iy\), where \(u\) and \(v\) are real-valued harmonic functions, and \(f(z)= h(z)+ \overline{g(z)}\), where \(h\) and \(g\) are analytic functions that are single-valued if \(G\) is simply-connected (when the second complex dilatation is the meromorphic function \(a= g'/h'\) or \(a\equiv\infty\)) and possibly multiple-valued otherwise. When \(g(0)= 0\), such functions have a unique series representation \[ f(z)=\sum^{-1}_{n=-\infty} c_n(f)\overline z^n+ \sum^\infty_{n=0} c_n(f)z^n. \] Then \(S_H\) is the family of such \(f\) that are univalent, sense preserving in \(|z|< 1\), and normalized by \(c_0(f)= c_1(f)-1= 0\), and \(S^0_H\) the subfamily of \(S_H\) for which \(c_{-1}(f)= 0\). The authors set out a really valuable collection of 27 open problems and conjectures by authors who originally studied these functions, with associated helpful remarks and references.
