New classes of nonsmooth second-order cone-convex functions are proposed in terms of first and second-order directional derivatives, extending existing notions from the literature, ad studied. Duality and second-order Karush-Kuhn-Tucker type sufficient optimality conditions are afterward delivered for nonsmooth vector optimization problems involving such functions. Examples illustrate the theoretical achievements.
