Generalized projection algorithms for maximal monotone operators and relatively nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces (Q652109)

The authors prove strong convergence theorems to the common element of the zero point set of a maximal monotone operator and the fixed point set of a relatively nonexpansive mapping in a Banach space by means of some generalized existing methods (namely, the normal hybrid method and the shrinking projection method). Using these results, they obtain convergence results for resolvents of maximal monotone operators and nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces.
