Let \((M,g_0)\) be a closed Riemannian manifold of dimension \( n\geq 3\) with bounded Ricci curvature: \(|\text{Ric}(g_0)| \leq K\). The author's main result states that if a uniform Sobolev's inequality holds locally and the local \(L_{n/2}\)-norm of the Riemannian curvature tensor of the metric \(g_0\) is sufficiently small, then the Ricci flow \(\frac{\partial g}{\partial t}=-2\text{Ric}(g)\), \(g(0)=g_0\) has a solution with \(L_{\infty}\)-bounded Riemannian curvature tensor and thereby bounded sectional curvatures. As a corollary, the author presents a generalization of Gromov's familiar almost flat manifolds theorem.
