The authors proved that a Lorentzian manifold \(M\) with a semi-symmetric metric connection whose curvature tensor vanishes and the associated vector field of is a unit time-like torse-forming vector field (\(f\)-Ricci, \(f\) constant or is torqued,), then \( M\) becomes a perfect fluid spacetime (a space of constant curvature or Einstein spacetime) respectively. If the Ricci tensor is symmetric and the torsion tensor is recurrent then Lorentzian manifold \(M\) with a semi-symmetric metric connection is a generalized Robertson-Walker peacetime. If the associated vector field of the Lorentzian manifold \(M\) with a semi-symmetric metric connection whose curvature tensor vanishes is a unit time-like torse-forming vector field and \(M\) admits a Ricci soliton then the soliton is expanding, shrinking or steady. Moreover, the integral curves generated by the potential vector field are geodesics.
