A model of chemotaxis with haptotaxis consisting of three coupled equations (parabolic, elliptic and ordinary) for \((u,v,w)\) is considered in bounded domains of \(\mathbb R^n\). A flux limitation mechanism is modeled by a gradient dependent term. Under suitable conditions existence of global-in-time solutions and exponential decay of \(w\) are shown while positive \(u\) and \(v\) persist in some sense.
