An affine-regular hexagon is a nondegenerate affine image of the regular hexagon. As shown by \textit{A. S. Besicovitch} [J. Lond. Math. Soc. 23, 237--240 (1949; Zbl 0035.38402)] each plane convex body \(A\) has an inscribed affine-regular hexagon \(H_A\). The author proves that the centroid of \(A\) belongs to the homothetic image of \(H_A\), having center the center of \(H_A\), with the tight ratio 4/21.
