The numerical approximation of a nonlinear system of \(p\)-Dirichlet type having a \((p,\delta)\)-structure for some \(p\in (1,\infty)\) and \(\delta\ge 0\) \N\begin{align*} \N-\mathrm{div}\,\mathcal{A}(\nabla u)&=f\quad\hbox{ in }\Omega \\\Nu&= 0\quad\hbox{ on }\Gamma_D\\\N\mathcal{A}(\nabla u)\cdot n &= 0\quad\hbox{ on }\Gamma_N \N\end{align*} \Nis examined using the Crouzeix-Raviart element. A priori error estimates are established, which are optimal for all \(p\in (1,\infty)\) and \(\delta\ge 0\), medius error estimates, i.e., best-approximation results, and a primal-dual a posteriori error estimate, which is both reliable and efficient. The theoretical findings are confirmed via numerical experiments.
