The paper is devoted to studying \(\alpha\)-convex functions and \(\alpha\)-subdifferentials as well as some relations between them. In particular, sum formulae for \(\alpha\)-subdifferentials are provided, and their maximal monotonicity, the new results extending the classical ones concerning convex lower semicontinuous functions.
