The aim of this paper is to prove that the Hilbert geometry associated with an open convex polygonal set in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) is Lipschitz equivalent to the Euclidean plane. A straightforward consequence of this result is that all Hilbert polygonal domains in the plane are Lipschitz equivalent to each other, which is a fact that is far from being obvious at a first glance.
