The two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations are considered in bounded Lipschitz domains with the dynamic slip boundary conditions. The existence of strong solutions is discussed for that physically motivated and technically quite complicated (because of the evolution character of boundary conditions) model. Construction of global attractors is completed with bounds for the fractal dimension of attractors analogous as is for the Dirichlet boundary conditions.
