In the first paper with the same title [Ann. Inst. Fourier 59, 199--238 (2009; Zbl 1163.53056)] the author studied some functional properties of \textit{the formal geometric quantization} process \(\mathcal{Q}^{-\infty }\), which is defined on proper Hamiltonian manifolds, i.e., noncompact Hamiltonian manifolds with proper momentum map. There is another way, denoted \(\mathcal{Q}^{\Phi }\), of quantizing proper Hamiltonian manifolds, namely by localizing the index of the Dolbeaut Dirac operator on the critical points of the square of the momentum map. The main aim of the present paper is to provide a geometrical proof that the quantization processes \(\mathcal{Q}^{-\infty }\) and \(\mathcal{Q}^{\Phi }\) coincide.
