The authors generalized and extended Brosowski-Meinardus type results on invariant points from the set of best approximation to the set of \(\varepsilon\)-simultaneous approximation. As a consequence some results on \(\varepsilon\)-approximation and best approximation are also deduced. The results proved extend and generalize some of the results of \textit{R. N. Mukherjee} and \textit{V. Verma} [Bull. Calcutta Math. Soc. 81, No. 3, 191--196 (1989; Zbl 0678.47044); Publ. Inst. Math., Nouv. Sér. 49(63), 111--116 (1991; Zbl 0744.41025)], \textit{T. D. Narang} and \textit{S. Chandok} [Mat. Vesn. 61, No. 2, 165--171 (2009; Zbl 1274.41056); Selcuk J. Appl. Math. 10, No. 2, 75--80 (2009; Zbl 1183.41030)], \textit{G. S. Rao} and \textit{S. A. Mariadoss} [Serdica 9, 244--248 (1983; Zbl 0553.41034)] and of few others.
