Linear differential equations in Banach spaces, which are not resolved with respect to the differential Bessel operator of the unknown function and are equipped with two boundary conditions, one of which is non-local, are investigated. Criteria for the uniqueness of the solution for such problems are obtained in the form of conditions for zeros of solutions of the corresponding scalar equations. Sufficient conditions for unique solvability of non-local problems use an estimate on the resolvent of a pair of operators from the equation at zeros of scalar solutions. A representation of the solution is obtained, illustrative examples are given.
