Kontsevich's infinitesimal symmetries \(P\rightarrow \epsilon Q(P)+o(\epsilon)\) of the spaces of Poisson structures are universal for affine Poisson manifolds \((M_{\mathrm{aff}}^d, P)\).\N\NThe purpose of this paper is to investigate all the combinatories arising from the restriction of these symmetries to the class of generalized Nambu-determinant Poisson brackets.\N\NFirst, the authors recall both the construction of Nambu-determinant Poisson brackets and the construction of Kontsevich's graph flows on the spaces of Poisson structures over affine Poisson manifolds \((M_{\mathrm{aff}}^d,P)\). Then, they prove that the Nambu class of Poisson brackets on \(\mathbb{R}^3\) and \(\mathbb{R}^4\) is preserved by the graph flows for the tetrahedral cocycle \(\gamma_3\) and the pentagon-wheel cocyle \(\gamma_5\) over \(\mathbb{R}^3\). An extra symmetry of the Kontsevich's graph flow's restriction to the space of Nambu-determinant Poisson structures is then discovered using the Civita symbols.\N\NThe main results are then proved and a list of open problems is finally discussed.
