Reading this paper is a demanding challenge since there are plenty of algebraic notions involved about field theory, Galois Theory included, as well as notions about primitive recursive decidability and about Haar measure. Any reader should have a thorough background on these areas. This remark is not meant as a demerit of the whole content of the paper. Once the reader has a grasp of the main ideas involved, the proofs are easy to follow since they are neat and very well written.\N\NI try to establish the main result. To start, take a Hilbertian Presented Field with elimination theory and an integer \(e\). Consider the absolute Galois group \(\mathrm{Gal}(K)\), then the product \(\mathrm{Gal}(K)^e\) admits a unique normalized Haar measure since it is a compact group. \(L(R,K)\) is the formal language for ring theory with additional constants symbols \(k\) for every element \(k\in K\). If \(\sigma\in \mathrm{Gal}(K)^e\), \(\tilde{K}(\sigma)\) is the fixed field of \(\sigma\) in \(\tilde{K}\), a fixed algebraic closure of \(K\). Moreover, \(\tilde{K}[\sigma]\) is the maximal purely inseparable extension of the Galois closure of \(K\) inside \(\tilde{K}(\sigma)\). The Haar measure of all \(\sigma\in \mathrm{Gal}(K)^e\) such that \(\theta\) is true in \(\tilde{K}(\sigma)\) (respectively, \(\tilde{K}[\sigma]\)) is a rational number which can be primitive recursive (pr) computed. Thus, the theory of \(\tilde{K}(\sigma)\) (in \(L(R,K)\)) is pr decidable. This known result is the starting point of the paper.\N\NLet \(K_{\mathrm{symm}}\) be the compositum of all finite Galois extensions with symmetric Galois Groups, and let \(K_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}\) be the maximal purely inseparable extension of \(K_{\mathrm{symm}}\). We still need more definitions\N\begin{align*}\NK_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}(\sigma)&=K_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}\cap\tilde{K}(\sigma)\\\NK_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}[\sigma]&=K_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}\cap\tilde{K}[\sigma]\N\end{align*}\NWith the above notation and assumptions the author proves that the theory of \(K_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}(\sigma)\) for almost all \(\sigma\in \mathrm{Gal}(K)^e\) is pr decidable (almost all in the sense of the Haar measure). He also proves a corresponding result for \(K_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}[\sigma]\).\N\NAfterwards, the author considers a Dedekind domain \(O\) with trivial Jacobson radical and global field of quotients \(K\). If \(O\) is an effective computability domain, it is proved that the theory of \(\tilde{O}[\sigma]\) is pr decidable for almost all \(\sigma\in \mathrm{Gal}(K)^e\). This time in the language \(L(R,O)\). There are also proofs for the corresponding results in the cases \(O_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}(\sigma)\) and \(O_{\mathrm{symm,ins}}[\sigma]\).
