Sliding mode control is considered for uncertain delayed fractional-order reaction-diffusion memristor neural networks. A linear sliding mode switching function is introduced, the corresponding control law is formed and conditions for global asymptotic stability of the sliding mode dynamics are provided. Finite-time reachability is obtained and the maximum reaching time is estimated. An example is presented.
