In this paper, the author considers measures that satisfy a condition more general than the criterion for \(t\)-strongly log-concavity, namely, where the potential is curved only on a subspace of directions. Upper bounds are proven for the Poincaré constant and concentration function of such a measure, using a version of the stochastic localization process.
