The article under review has been written by a pupil of the Bartnik-Chrusciel-Delay-Fougeirol school of mathematical physics, known for their approach to the definition of mass in general relativity. The contribution of Robert Bartnik is well known (see, e.g., the english Wikipedia). The author of the actual article is adapting the Bartnik method to provide a Hilbert manifold structure for the structure of the space of solutions without KID's (see, for a definition the previous article by \textit{P. T. Chruściel} and \textit{E. Delay} [J. Geom. Phys. 51, No. 4, 442--472 (2004; Zbl 1073.83011)]), to the vacuum constraint equations on compact manifold of any dimension \(n\ge 3\). On the way, the author is proving that some fibers of the scalar curvature or the constraint operator are Hilbert submanifolds. He also studies some operators and inequalities related to the KID's operator.\N\NIn the opinion of reviewer the reference [\textit{S. Klainerman} et al., Invent. Math. 202, No. 1, 91--216 (2015; Zbl 1330.53089)] is redundant, while more details on the notion of KID-operator would be desirable, in order to avoid multiple possible confusions.
