Let \(A\) be a ring of dimension \(d\). In this paper, the authors prove that for any projective \(A\)-module \(P\) of rank \(d\), \(E(A\oplus P)\) acts transitively on \(Um(A\oplus P)\), assuming that if \(R\) is a finite extension of \(A\) then \(E_{d+1}(R)\) acts transitively on \(Um_{d+1}(R)\). Let \(M\subset Q^{r}_{+}\) be a submonoid such that \(M\subset Q^{r}_{+}\) is an integral extension or \(M\) be a monoid of \(\Phi\)-simplicial growth, which is introduced by \textit{J. Gubeladze} [J. Algebra. 155, 171--194 (1993; Zbl 0813.20075)]. Let \(R\) be a ring of dimension \(d\) and \(P\) be a projective \(R[M]\)-module of rank \(n\). The authors extend some results of \textit{J. Gubeladze} [loc. cit.; Math. USSR, Sb. 63, 165--188 (1988; Zbl 0668.13011); J. Algebra. 148, 135--161 (1992; Zbl 0795.20056)] and they get \(E(R[M]\oplus P)\) acts transitively on \(Um(R[M]\oplus P)\) whenever \(n\geq \max(2,d+1)\). Let \(A\) be a affine algebra of dimension \(d\geq 4\) over the field \(\overline{{F_{p}}}\) where \(p\geq d\). They prove that all projective \(A\)-modules of rank \(d-1\) is cancellative.
