Set \(\psi(z)=-\gamma -\frac 1z-\sum_{n=1}^\infty (\frac 1{n+z}-\frac 1n)\), where \(\gamma\) is the Euler's constant. Then the author proves that for any rational number \(x\) which is not an integer the number \(\psi(x)+\gamma\) is a general Baker period that is transcendental. He also proves that all zeros \(\psi(x)+\gamma\) are real and irrational with except \(x=1\). Then he proves that all the zeros \(\psi (t)\) are irrational with at most one exception. Finally, he proves that for any two distinct numbers \(x,y\in (0,1)\cap\mathbb Q\) the number \(\psi(x)-\psi(y)\) is a non-zero Baker's period, hence transcendental.\N\NFor the entire collection see [Zbl 1530.11003].
