It is considered analytic functions defined in angles of \(\mathbb{C}\setminus\{0\}\), in sets of the form \(S(\theta_1,\theta_2)\cap\mathbb{C}\setminus\{0\}\), where \[S(\theta_1,\theta_2)=\{z\in\mathbb{C}\vert \theta_1<\arg\,z<\theta_2,0\leq\theta_1<\theta_2\leq2\pi\}\,.\] The aim of investigation is to extend classical results relating the growth of such functions and the distribution of its zeros. The indicator function \(h_{f,i}(\theta)\) for analytic functions in angles of \(\mathbb{C}\setminus\{0\}\) is defined and functions of completelly regular growth is especially attention. The function defined in \((\theta_1,\theta_2)\times\{1,2\}\) by \[h_{f}(\theta,i)=h_{f,1}(\theta)=\limsup_{r\to\infty}\displaystyle\frac{\ln\left\vert \left(\frac1re^{i\theta}\right)\right\vert}{r^{\rho(r)}},\;\; \theta_1<\theta<\theta_2,\; i=1,\] \[ h_{f}(\theta,i)=h_{f,2}(\theta)=\limsup_{r\to\infty}\displaystyle\frac{\ln\left\vert \left(re^{i\theta}\right)\right\vert}{r^{\rho(r)}},\;\; \theta_1<\theta<\theta_2,\; i=2,\] is called the indicator function with respect to a proximate order \(\rho(r)\) of \(f(z)\).\par It is proved trigonometric convexity property of \(\max\{h_{f,1}(\theta),h_{f,2}(\theta)\}\). Analytic properties of the indicator function is studied. A generalized formula of Jensen for analytic functions in angles in \(\mathbb{C}\setminus\{0\}\) is obtained. Asymptotic behaviour of \[J^r_f(\theta)=\int_{1/r}^r\frac{\ln\vert f(te^{i\theta})\vert}{t}\,dt\] is investigated.
