In this paper, the author investigates all acts over right or left zero semigroups with modular topology lattice and obtains a relevant necessary and sufficient condition. Further, he focuses here on acts over right zero semi groups with complemented topology lattice and derives a bi-implicative condition regarding the corresponding lattice. Also, the paper contains an insightful and current reference list at the end.
