This paper concerns the Heisenberg invariance properties of polynomial Poisson algebras. Let us recall that the most famous examples of the Heisenberg invariant polynomial Poisson structures are the Sklyanin-Odesskii-Feigin-Artin-Tate quadratic Poisson brackets. In this work, the authors study the Jacobian Poisson structures in any number of variables which are Heisenberg-invariant. After some recalls about Poisson geometry, they show that the structures in question are related to a space whose homogeneous subspaces are in bijection with integer solutions of a system of Diophant inequalities. More precisely, each homogeneous subspace can be described in terms of integer points in a convex polytope given by the Diophant system. The authors concentrate then on the dimension 3 where they solve explicitly the enumerative problem and obtain a complete classification. Finally, the case of an arbitrary dimension is discussed and some possible approaches for the general case are given.
