Let $f:(\mathbb{C}^{2},0)\rightarrow(\mathbb{C},0)$ be a germ of a holomorphic function defining an isolated plane curve singularity. Let $\mu$ and $\tau$ be the Milnor and Tjurina number of $f$, respectively$.$ \textit{A. Dimca} and \textit{G.-M. Greuel} [J. Singul. 18, 114--118 (2018; Zbl 1402.14036)] posed the question if the following inequality $\mu/\tau<4/3$ holds. The authors prove this inequality in two cases: \par 1. $f$ has only one Puiseux pair, \par 2. $f$ is a semi-quasi-homogeneous \par (in fact, the first case is subordinated to the second one).
