In the first part of the paper, the authors focus on the compact and irreducible complex space $V$ of complex dimension $v$, whose regular part is endowed with a complete Hermitian metric $h$. If $\pi:M\to V$ is a resolution of $V$, under suitable assumptions on $h$, then the authors show the isomorphism \[ H_{2,\bar\partial}^{v,q}(\operatorname{reg}(V),h)\cong H_{\bar\partial}^{v,q}(M)\] for all degrees $q=0,\dots,v$. As a consequence, \[ \bar\partial_v+\bar\partial_v^*: L^2\Omega^{v,\cdot}(\operatorname{reg}(V),h)\to L^2\Omega^{v,\cdot}(\operatorname{reg}(V),h)\] is a Fredholm operator on its domain endowed with the graph norm.\par In the second part of the paper, the authors focus on the applications of the main result. They first apply the result to an analytic subvariety $V$ with a Saper-type metric on $\operatorname{reg}(V)$ of a compact Kähler manifold. They also apply the result to complete Kähler manifolds with finite volume and pinched negative sectional curvatures.
