In this paper, the author proves a global well-posedness result in some scale-invariant weighted Besov spaces and Strichartz spaces for the nonlinear wave equation of the form \((\partial_t^2 -\Delta+a(t,x)\cdot\nabla)u =\bar\lambda |W u|^\alpha\), with data in \(\dot H^{1/2}\times \dot H^{-1/2}\) for \((t,x)\in \mathbb{R}^{1+n}\). Here, \(n\ge 3\), \(\alpha=(n+3)/(n+2d-1)\), \(|x|^d W\) is dyadically summable for some \(d\in [1,2)\), and \(|x| a_{< k}\) are uniformly dyadically summable with small size, where \(a_{< k}\) are Littlewood-Paley projections to low frequencies \(\lesssim 2^k\) for \(a\). It mainly proves and exploits a version of estimates which includes both Strichartz estimates and local energy estimates. It seems to the reviewer that the main estimates, obtained in Theorem 3.1, are closely related to the local energy and Strichartz estimates proved in [\textit{J. Metcalfe} and \textit{D. Tataru}, Math. Ann. 353, No. 4, 1183--1237 (2012; Zbl 1259.35006)], for general variable coefficient wave equations (including also the \(\partial_\alpha a^{\alpha\beta}(t,x)\partial_\beta\) perturbations).
