Statements
Aminobacter P9b samples were incubated on a C12 and a C13 medium, respectively. Cells were harvested by centrifugation. Pellets were resuspended and DNA extracted. The DNA was barcoded using the ONTs native barcoding kit, prepared with the SQK-LSK109 protocol, and sequenced on a MinION with an r9 flowcell.
