In this paper the authors study the Atiyah class (first introduced by \textit{M. F. Atiyah} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 85, 181--207 (1957; Zbl 0078.16002)] for the characterization of the obstruction class to the existence of holomorphic connections on a holomorphic vector bundle) and the Todd class of the \(DG\) manifold (\(F[1], d_F\)) corresponding to an integrable distribution \(F \subset T_{\mathbb{K}}M, T_{\mathbb{K}}M =TM\otimes_{\mathbb{R}}\mathbb{K}\) with \(\mathbb{K}\) being \(\mathbb{R}\) or \(\mathbb{C}\). The main result is the investigation of the relation between two types of Atiyah classes and Todd classes of \(DG\) manifolds. An application for a complex manifold is also included.
